Music at Ascension
Music is an integral part of Ascension’s liturgical and spiritual life, and the congregation enjoys and has come to expect diverse and high-quality musical expression. At Sunday services we have formal music programs with a wide variety of opportunities to share our musical gifts in praise and thanksgiving. Throughout the week, we also make our instruments and space available to the wider community for musical rehearsals and recitals.
Parish Choir

SONshine Singers is open to all children, kindergarten through 5th grade. Children may choose to participate only one time during the year or as many as all four times to suit their schedule. Rehearsals are made fun as the children learn the basics of vocal technique, sing hymns and sacred music incorporating scripture, and explore the liturgy, church calendar, and more.
